Rumors continue about Apple's new touch tablet model: the iPad 3. The latest that is known is that in an Asian forum the supposed image of what could be the screen that the new Cupertino model will use has appeared. In addition, to be able to make a comparison, in the same photograph it is compared - graphically - with the screen that the iPad 2 currently uses.
Apparently, and as reported from the MacRumors portal, the screen will continue to have the same size, that is, a 9.7-inch diagonal panel. However, rumors suggest that this new iPad 3 -the top model of the two that are planned to be launched-, would have a maximum resolution of 2048 × 1536, four times more than the current model. To this we will have to add a Retina Display panel.
On the other hand, in the image that corresponds to the iPad 2, you can see how only two cables are responsible for the bandwidth of the image. Meanwhile, in the second image you can see how there are three cables that protrude from the supposed panel discovered from Asia. So, if you take into account the new resolution that Apple's new toy will reach, it is understandable that a third connection is added.
At the moment, the rumors point to a higher resolution and a panel built by Sharp and that have been baptized as IZGO; a type of panels that increase the resolution and also significantly reduce battery consumption. There has also been talk of a possible increase in battery capacity that would double the current model. Finally, the possibility of a new processor called Apple A6 is also being considered, which again is postulated as the next generation of chips that the manufacturer uses in its future mobile devices.
