LG doesn't stop. If in October it intends to launch its new LG V40 now it is the turn of another terminal that, although it is not exactly a novelty, it is for the European territory. Last June, in these same pages, we gave a good account of the launch of the new LG Q Stylus, a terminal of the Korean brand destined to occupy a privileged place within the catalog of the premium mid-range. Now, the European user will be able to purchase it and thus achieve a balanced terminal in terms of quality and price. If you want to know what the LG Q Stylus offers, be sure to read what we tell you below.
The Stylus makes the difference
As with Samsung's Note range, the LG Q Stylus has the distinguishing mark in a stylus. This new pocrám stylus among other advanced functions, cropping and taking screenshots, in addition to being able to create animated GIFs with it.
Its design, of course, adopts the forms of an infinite screen, how could it be otherwise. The screen covers 80.2% of the total front of the device, placing the fingerprint sensor on the back. It is a 6.2-inch IPS panel with a Full HD + resolution that has a pixel density of 389. In addition, the terminal is prepared to combat damage by immersion in water and possible scratches from environmental dust. With these characteristics we could assume that it is a high-end terminal, but it is in the processor section where we see that it plays in another league, although its price will exceed 400 euros.
A modest processor and camera
The interior of the LG Q Stylus houses an eight-core Mediatek processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. It is accompanied by a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. If this seems little to the user, you will have the possibility to increase it by up to 512 GB with the insertion of a microSD card.
As for the photographic section, the LG Q Stylus also reveals the place in the catalog to which it belongs. The main camera has 16 megapixels with phase detection focus, LED flash, and HDR and panorama modes. The selfie camera has 8 megapixels, in addition to a phase detection focus. Both lenses will be able to record videos in Full HD and 30 frames per second.
Now we go to the section on autonomy and the operating system. We will have a 3,300 mAh battery and fast charge. And as an operating system we will find Android 8.1 Oreo upgradeable to Android 9 Pie. And the connectivity? Well, we will have NFC for mobile payments, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, AGPS and GLONASS, LTE 4G networks and USB Type-C connection.
