There is no doubt that Angry Birds is currently the most popular and desired game for mobile platforms. It is not surprising therefore that it is spread as much as possible among the operating systems for smartphones (and patience, that next year it will also be available for consoles). The only system that was missing to have it was Windows Phone 7, and although at the moment it will not receive the application with this game in its Marketplace, those responsible for developing this title (the Finnish study Rovio) are already putting their long teeth to mobile users based on the Microsoft platform.
In an entry registered in the Twitter account of the Nordic company, it is already beginning to hint that the work of adapting Angry Birds for the Windows Phone 7 system has begun. Specifically, from Rovio they say that on "Angry Birds Day", which they place on December 11, some representatives of the studio will be in Redmond, where Microsoft's headquarters are, to make an important announcement.
So far, the guys at Rovio had not spoken about the possibility of developing their brand new Angry Birds for the newcomer Windows Phone 7 platform, although it was something that most took for granted.
However, the apparently low sales of mobiles with Microsoft's operating system, and the small number of applications of its download service (which must already be around 3,000 applications) had kept Rovio's intentions away from taking an interest in Windows Phone 7.
In spite of everything, the presence of the study in Microsoft's offices could imply the interest of those in Redmond for the popular Angry Birds to be part of the Windows Phone 7 catalog to make their mobiles more attractive from the point of view of the store. Applications.
