How to install these two ROMs?

Remember that to root a terminal of the Xiaomi brand we must have the bootloader unlocked, an easy process to carry out but that can take a long time, since we will have to launch a request to the manufacturer. Later, we must grant root privileges to our terminal in addition to installing a custom recovery.
