Some Chinese companies such as ZTE and Xiaomi have managed to carve a very important niche in the smartphone market, and not only in their native country, but also internationally. And it is not surprising, they offer very balanced terminals, with good technical characteristics and a lower price than the "top" brands on the market. For this reason, other lesser-known companies are trying to get their piece of the cake by following the same formula. One of these companies is AGM, a Chinese manufacturer that launched its first device, the AGM X1, last July in the Asian market. The device was such a success that the company has announced thatwill launch the device globally very soon. A terminal that incorporates a 5.5-inch screen, IP68 certification, Qualcomm processor, a good amount of RAM, a large battery and a dual camera photographic system. Let's get to know the AGM X1 better.
The AGM X1 is a phone with a design thought for the most adventurous users, those who enjoy the outdoors. In addition to the aforementioned IP68 certification that gives it resistance to water and dust, this terminal incorporates a back cover with 133 small triangles, in which fingerprints are not marked and which does not seem to scratch easily. It is a somewhat rougher design than usual, but much more resistant. The company itself defines it as "a perfect smartphone for the most adventurous users who enjoy the outdoors . "
Technically, we have a display panel Super AMOLED 5.5 inches and resolution Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 pixels manufactured by Samsung. This panel is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 glass. Inside the AGM X1 we have a Snapdragon 617 processor manufactured by Qualcomm. It is a SoC with eight cores running at 1.5 GHz and an Adreno 405 GPU. Accompanying this processor we have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, expandable by microSD card of up to 128 GB. In terms of autonomy, we have a huge 5,400 milliamp battery that, according to data from the company itself, is capable of holding up to 3 full days without going through the charger. In addition, the terminal includes Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging system.
As for the photographic section, we have a system of dual chamber, with a main sensor of 13 megapixels and second sensor that is responsible for creating a bokeh effect at the hardware level. The camera has an f / 2.2 aperture and the lens is a 75 degree wide angle. On the front we have a camera sensor with 5 - megapixel.
As we mentioned, the terminal is very designed for users who work or enjoy the outdoors. So much so, that it incorporates an exclusive application designed for outdoor activities. The AGM X1 is available in blue and black and is one of the few Chinese terminals that incorporates a Super AMOLED panel. At the moment we do not know when it could reach Europe.
