The camera of the Huawei P30 Lite does not focus
A fairly common problem and one that many users have complained about in specialized forums. The solution depends on the source of the problem. The first and easiest is to clean the camera lens with a cloth moistened with glass cleaner.
If the problem persists, it is likely due to a conflict with the Camera app. In this case, it is best to restore the application through the Applications section in Settings. Inside Camera, in the Memory or Storage section, click on Clear cache and Clear data.
If the above does not work, we can use a third-party application, such as Open Camera, or even restore the system if necessary.
The Huawei P30 Lite is not heard or is heard very low
Is the sound problem coming from an application like Spotify, YouTube or Google Chrome? The solution may be to restore the application settings following the process that we have explained in the previous problem.
If the problem has to do with the volume of the phone, it is very likely that we are facing a hardware problem. Restarting the phone may be a solution. We can also use the GOODEV Volume Booster application to amplify the sound of the P30 Lite and the headphones.
Once we have downloaded the application, we will set a maximum amplification level. From tuexperto.com we do not recommend raising the level above 100% to avoid hearing problems or problems related to the speaker.
The Huawei P30 Lite does not recognize headphones or earphones
This problem may be caused by foreign bodies or dust spots getting into the headphone jack input. We can solve this by moistening a toothbrush with soft bristles with isopropyl alcohol and rubbing it against the said port. Be careful, it is not the same alcohol as conventional alcohol.
If the problem persists, we can try other headphones to rule out problems with the original headphones or proceed with restoring the phone.
The Huawei P30 Lite does not connect Bluetooth
Although we have already published a whole guide to fix Huawei Bluetooth problems, the most effective methods we can carry out are to restore the network settings through the EMUI settings and use the Bluetooth Pair application.
If we choose the first solution, the process is as easy as going to the System section in Settings and then to Reset, where we will select the Reset network settings option.
Does the problem persist? Bluetooth Pair is the solution. It is an application that performs an alternative management of Bluetooth on Android. We just have to connect the Bluetooth device (headphones, smart bracelet, watch…) through it.
The Huawei P30 Lite does not detect the 5G (5 GHz) WiFi network
This is not a problem with the phone, but a lack of hardware. Currently the versions of the Huawei P30 Lite distributed in most Latin American countries (Mexico, Argentina, Chile…) do not have the 5 GHz band.
At the moment, the only version compatible with this band is the European and the Chinese.
The Huawei P30 Lite does not connect WiFi
A problem very similar to the previous one, and whose solution is to apply the same method: resetting the network settings. In case the problem persists and our phone is still unable to connect to any WiFi network, the solution will be to restore all the factory settings.
The Huawei P30 Lite turns itself off
The battery is usually a key factor when it comes to a sudden shutdown. The key is to calibrate the battery to match the actual percentage remaining and the percentage recorded by Android. The steps to follow are very easy.
- Use your mobile until it turns off completely and try to turn it on again,
- If the phone doesn't turn on, let it sit for a few hours (around four or five).
- Charge the phone battery with the mobile off to 100% without using it.
- Turn on the mobile and use it normally.
In case the problem persists, we will have to reset the system to rule out that it is a failure related to the hardware.
The Huawei P30 Lite does not turn on or does not turn on
Has it stopped responding? Does it display the Huawei logo? Or does it just not turn on? In the first and second case, we will have to resort to system restoration, a process that is also known as hard reset , where all the data on the phone will also be lost, as well as the applications.
The process is as simple as turning the phone on with the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time. Then we will select Clear data / Reset system values. Now the phone will go into formatting, a process that should fix any problems.
In the event that the phone has suddenly stopped responding, the problem is probably with a third-party charger or charging cable. Connecting the phone to the original charger, or a quality one, can revive the device.
