Bluetooth problems
If you have problems with Bluetooth, which disconnects all the time, or sometimes does not even respond, you can try some of these tips.
Starting with the simplest method, clear the Bluetooth cache. To do this, go to Settings >> Applications >> Bluetooth >> Clear Cache >> Empty data. Once you do these steps, restart the Samsung A10.
Now the second step is to delete all the devices that you have connected with Bluetooth and start from scratch to pair them. Try one of the devices first to see if the Bluetooth is working properly, then add new ones.
Also, make sure that you do not have any power saving settings activated that could disable Bluetooth operation.
Applications are not working properly
Each application is different, and there may be multiple reasons for not working properly. To avoid problems, always make sure you have the latest version of the app, as developers often release patches to fix security problems and other bugs from previous versions.
But if the apps seem to work perfectly for everyone except you, then do a check on these options:
- Have you downloaded the application from a reliable source? The ideal is to always download the apps from Google Play, not only is it usually safer, but it also takes into account the hardware of your device to inform you if it is compatible. Otherwise it will create conflicts or it will not work outright.
- Don't have enough RAM? Although this should not happen to you with the A10, it is possible that you have too many games and apps installed, or open several of them simultaneously, consuming too many resources. Some apps will die trying to function in these circumstances.
- Some mobile configuration options that can create conflicts. For example, those options that aim to optimize battery use. So go to Settings and check if you have options such as "Suspended applications", "Adaptive battery" or "Suspend applications without use".
If you have already reviewed all these items and the app still does not work, then uninstall it, clear the cache, restart the mobile and reinstall it.
WIFI is constantly connecting and disconnecting
Another connectivity problem that you can find in the Samsung Galaxy A10 is having intermittency with the WiFi. For this you can try various solutions.
The first option is to delete the data configured for the WiF i network. You go to Connections and delete the WiFi configuration, and restart the router. Once you have completed these steps, add your network data again.
On the other hand, check the settings. There are some options that we can have configured in the device that prevent the WiFi from working permanently, for example, “Search with WiFi” or “Keep the WiFi active with the screen off”.
- "Search with WiFi". This option, although it is one of the recommended options to improve GPS accuracy, may conflict with the operation of the device. To test if this is the problem, disable it. Go to Settings> Location> Location method> Phone only> Improve accuracy.
- "Keep the WiFi active with the screen off." You will find this option in Settings> Connections> WiFi> Advanced. This will prevent the WiFi from losing connection when you turn off the screen.
And if you have already tried with the WiFi settings and options that could cause conflicts, then take a look at the applications that require location permissions. Go to Applications and find the ones that have location permission enabled and disable the option.
Perhaps a malfunction of one of them, or some error in the latest version, is causing problems.
Moisture detected in USB port
“Check charger / USB port” Moisture detected in charger / USB port… ”Some users reported receiving this warning from Samsung even though there was no possibility of this happening.
Apparently this is a software problem on some devices or a humidity sensor malfunction. If you still have the phone under warranty, the ideal is to take it to the Assistance to solve the problem.
And if you want to try your luck yourself trying to solve this problem, then take a look at a previous article where we explained how to solve this problem on Samsung phones. The last 4 solutions are dedicated to fixing the possible software problem that causes these false positives in the humidity sensor.
It consumes a lot of battery
There is hardly any mobile device that ever gets too hot and has battery problems. If this is happening to you with your Samsung A10, try these options.
First step, use the Samsung tool to detect any abnormal use of mobile resources. To do this, go to Device Care >> Optimize. If you pay attention to the results it returns, you will be able to see if any application or mobile process is working abnormally.
A simple way to solve this is to adjust some options on the mobile to save resources on certain occasions. To do this, go to Battery> Advanced settings. You can determine that the process of unused applications is closed, decrease the waiting time of the screen, change the brightness level, among other options.
Or we can let the device create its own settings automatically to improve battery performance by selecting "Adaptive Battery".
Audio is low on calls
One of the headaches that Samsung mobile devices often cause has to do with calls. The audio is very low, and the only solution to improvise in the moment is to activate the speaker.
Starting with the simplest option, go to the device settings to verify that the volume is set correctly. You will find this in Sound and vibration >> Volume.
If this option is not the problem, then check that no applications are creating conflicts. These would be those that have the function of recording calls. To check this it is only necessary that you uninstall them and try a call.
And if nothing seems to improve the audio in calls, then try this little trick to rule out that the earpiece area is not dirty: take a toothbrush (with very soft bristles) and brush it gently to remove dust or any particles that prevent its functioning.
