1. Display and design
One of the main differences between the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ is found on the screen. As expected, the vitaminized model comes with a larger panel with more resolution. Specifically, the Note 10+ mounts a 6.8-inch with Quad HD + resolution of 3,040 x 1,440 pixels. That of the Note 10 is 6.3 inches with a Full HD + resolution of 2,280 x 1,080 pixels.
