Table of contents:
When it seemed that Samsung was not going to join the fashion of the notch or notch, it goes and unveils the new Galaxy M family, with the M10 and M20 as the main members. These are entry phones, perfect for users who don't want complicated equipment, but need a phone to talk, use simple apps, browse or send emails. The two are practically the same, although they have differences that are worth explaining, if you are interested in buying one.
For example, the Samsung Galaxy M20 has slightly more advanced features, such as a larger screen, larger battery (with fast charge), a more powerful processor, more RAM and more space to store data. While the Samsung Galaxy M10 is only on sale in India for now, the M20 can already be purchased in our country at a price of 230 euros. Read on if you want to know its 5 main differences.

1. Display
One of the most prominent differences between the Samsung Galaxy M10 and M20 is found on the screen. Although the two arrive with a main panel, with almost no frames and with a V-shaped notch (Infiniti-v), the one on the M20 is a bit larger. It has a size of 6.3 inches with HD + resolution (1,480 × 720 pixels). The M10 screen is 6.2 inches, also with HD + resolution (1,480 × 720 pixels).
2. Dimensions
If you look at the two models, they are almost identical visually. Both are made of glass, both the back and the front, with slightly rounded edges to facilitate holding, and a screen that occupies practically the entire front. As we explained a bit above, the company has included a V-shaped notch, which houses the front sensor, and ensures that the dimensions of the screen can be better exploited. Also, both terminals have a fingerprint reader on the back to make paymentsor increase security. They also coincide in the main sensor, which in both cases is double with flash. Of course, the Samsung Galaxy M10 is a little more stylish and light. Its exact measurements are 160.6 x 76.1 x 7.9 millimeters and 163 grams of weight VS the 156.6 x 74.5 x 8.8 mm and 186 grams of weight of the M20.
It is true that it is not a very pronounced variation, but perhaps if we put them both on each side of the hand, we will notice that the M10 is easier to handle or to carry in a shirt pocket.
3. Processor and memory
Another of the great differences between the Galaxy M10 and M20 is located in the processor, memory and storage. Of the two, the M20 has superior performance. The terminal is powered by an eight-core Exynos 7904 processor, accompanied by 3 and 4 GB of RAM and 32 and 64 GB of internal space. For its part, the M10 houses an Exynos 7870, as well as 2 and 3 GB of RAM and 16 and 32 GB of storage. Both models can expand their space by using microSD-type cards.
4. Battery
If you are interested in an entry phone with a battery for more than one day, then the Samsung Galaxy M20 is the model you are looking for. The phone equips a 5,000 mAh with fast charge, so you can have more than half the charge in a few minutes. It is quite different in this section from its range brother. The M10 has a capacity of 3,400 mAh and also does not have fast charging.
5. Price
Lastly, the price also separates these two new Samsung models. The Galaxy M10 is sold, at the moment only in India, at a price around 100 euros. The M20 can be purchased from today in Spain through Amazon or PC Components for 230 euros (version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage). It is available to choose from in two colors, Ocean Blue and Charcoal Black. We do not know if when the M10 arrives in Spain, if it lands, it will do so for 100 euros or more. However, we think that the difference in price between the two is logical considering that they present some of the differences that we have seen throughout this article.
