The Samsung Galaxy A family is one of the ones that is growing the most during 2019. Two of its most prominent members are the Samsung Galaxy A70 and Samsung Galaxy A50, devices that share a large panel, triple camera or fingerprint reader under the screen. Both terminals are designed for users who need an all-screen computer, with almost no frames, and that yields enough to navigate and use apps of all kinds. All this without dispensing with a photographic section or a battery that wears out at the first change.
At the moment, the only one that can be found available is the Galaxy A50. This model can be purchased in stores such as Phone House at a price of 350 euros with 128 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM. We expect the A70 for a few weeks. If you want to be prepared to decide on which one to buy, keep reading. We reveal their five main differences.

1. Display
At first glance, the two members of the Galaxy A family are very similar. They have a glass body with a notch in the shape of a drop of water, and a fingerprint reader under the screen. The company has worked so that this is the great protagonist. We see almost no presence of frames in either of the two, although they are even smaller in the case of the Galaxy A70, which offers an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The back is identical, with a triple camera located in a vertical position and the Samsung logo presiding over the center.
However, the first difference is found in the size of the panel. The A70 takes the prize with a 6.7-inch Infinity-U Super AMOLED and FHD + resolution (1080 × 2400). The A50 matches in resolution and technology, although its size drops to 6.4 inches. This difference will not be appreciated too much or affect when watching videos, photos or reading.

2. Processor and RAM
Samsung has not disclosed the processor model included in the Galaxy A70. We know it is an eight-core, two of them running at 2.0 GHz and the other six at 1.7 GHz. This SoC is accompanied by 6 or 8 GB of RAM. The A50 comes powered by a Samsung Exynos 9610, along with 4 or 6 GB of RAM. When it comes to storage capacity, the A70 offers a single version with 128GB. The A50 is also sold with this capacity, although it is possible to find a somewhat cheaper one with 64 GB. Both terminals can expand this space through the use of microSD type cards.

3. Photographic section
Despite the fact that the two terminals include a triple sensor, the resolution is different in each of them. We can say that it is slightly higher in the case of the A70. This boasts a main 32-megapixel one with aperture f / 1.7, followed by a second 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with aperture of f / 2.2 (123 °). The third, with which we can take bokeh photos, has 5 megapixels and an aperture of f / 2.2. For selfies we find a 32 megapixel secondary sensor inside the notch with f / 2.0 aperture.
For its part, the main camera of the Galaxy A50 is composed of a 25 megapixel sensor with f / 1.7 aperture with autofocus. This goes hand in hand with another 8 megapixel wide angle with f / 2.2 aperture. It is followed by a third 5 megapixel support camera with f / 2.2 aperture. In this model the camera for selfies is not bad at all, although it offers a lower resolution. It is 25 megapixels and aperture of f / 2.0.

4. Battery
Both the Samsung Galaxy A70 and A50 are equipped with large capacity batteries with fast charging. However, the A70 is slightly higher. It has a capacity of 4,500 mAh with super fast charging at 25W. This will guarantee us to be able to use the mobile more than a full day without many problems. The battery of the Galaxy A50 is a bit smaller, at 4,000 mAh (with fast charging of 15W). It is not a significant difference, so with this terminal we will also enjoy long hours browsing or talking through WhatsApp or Messenger.

5. Availability
The last difference between these two phones is found in availability. And is that while the Samsung Galaxy A50 is now available to buy, the A70 will still take a few weeks to land on the market. We imagine that once it does, it will have a higher price given its benefits. The Galaxy A50 can be purchased in stores like Phone House for about 350 euros (with 128 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM).
