Table of contents:
Xiaomi Redmi 7
Xiaomi has presented the Redmi Y3, a new mid-range mobile with very interesting specifications. If you follow the Redmi family catalog, you will have verified that the Redmi 7 is practically the same device, with the same technical specifications, processor, screen… But there are some differences between both models. Specifically, 5 that you can not miss.
Design
The physical appearance of both terminals is very similar. The difference is in the materials used at the rear. In the case of the Redmi 7, its back has a glass finish, while the Redmi Y3 is polycarbonate with an imitation of glass. Here there are also differences in the hand feeling, since the glass, although it is a magnet for the fingerprints, feels much more Premium.
The front stays the same. Both models feature a 'drop-type' notch that houses the selfie camera and a frame at the bottom. Also the same screen size of 6.26 inches and with an HD + resolution.
Connectivity
Another difference is found in the Bluetooth version. The Xiaomi Redmi Y3 has Bluetooth 4.2, while the Redmi 7 model has Bluetooth 5.0, the latest version available to date. This allows faster connections and even pairing with more than one device.
