Huawei has renewed its Huawei Y7 entry phone, which in its 2019 edition presents important changes compared to last year. To begin with, the design is more modern, with hardly any frames and with a notch or notch in the shape of a drop of water to give more prominence to the screen. One of the most obvious differences between the Huawei Y7 2018 and 2019 is found in the design. If last year's model came with prominent bezels and a screen that narrowly missed six inches (5.99 inches), this year this is all dramatically improved. The new Huawei Y7 2019 offers a leading panel, 6.26 inches, which occupies practically the entire front. The frames are almost priceless, although it has not been possible to avoid including a small notch or notch in the shape of a drop of water.
The rear part is perhaps more similar, since it is again made of glass and has a fingerprint reader, although the position of the camera has changed. Now there is not a single sensor in horizontal position, if not two positioned vertically. In any case, despite these added improvements in design, the Y7 2019 is thicker and heavier than the Y7 2018: 158.3 x 76.7 x 7.8 millimeters and 155 grams of weight vs 158.82 x 76, 91 x 8.1 millimeters and 168 grams of weight.

2. Processor and memory
The Huawei Y7 2019 arrives this year with a Snapdragon 450 processor along with 3 GB of RAM. The power has improved if we compare it with that of the Y7 2018, which is powered by a Snapdragon 430 along with 2 GB of RAM. It is true that it is not a substantial change, but it is important enough to be able to make use of current apps and work more fluidly with the team. The storage capacity has also grown and from the 16 GB of last year's model it is now 32 GB (with the possibility of expanding by using microSD cards of up to 512 GB).

3. Photographic section
The camera is an important section for the vast majority of telephone consumers. This is something that Huawei has taken into account, which this year has added a dual main 13 + 2 megapixel sensor. In this way, with this generation it will be possible to enjoy the popular portrait mode or bokeh effect to give priority to one element of the image over the rest. For its part, the selfie camera continues to have a resolution of 8 megapixels, the same as last year.

4. Battery
With the passage of time, the terminals begin to include larger batteries with the aim that we can have a greater autonomy, something important considering that the cameras and the screen are becoming more and more protagonists and consume a lot of energy. Huawei has not wanted to be left behind in this regard, and its new entry range equips a 4,000 mAh battery, yes, without fast charging. However, taking into account the benefits of the phone, it would be normal to enjoy it without resorting to a plug for more than a full day.

5. Operating system
The generation change also brings with it the latest version of Google's mobile operating system: Android 9 Pie along with the company's EMUI 9.0 customization layer. It is a more stable and secure version, with new functions and changes. One of the most prominent is an adaptive battery system, with which it will be possible to manage the battery more intelligently to save more energy.
At the moment, the Huawei Y7 2019 is not available to buy in Spain, although we hope that it will be possible shortly. The price is a mystery, but we imagine that it will not rise too much, especially considering that its predecessor reached the market at a price of 200 euros. Currently, this model can be found in our country for 160 euros in selected stores such as Media Markt or Amazon.
