EMUI is probably one of the most restrictive customization layers on the market. For this reason, Huawei's solution does not allow changing the phone launcher for third-party launchers following the usual process.
The way to proceed in this case is based on accessing the Applications section that we can find in the Settings application. Once inside, we will go to Default applications and click on Launcher.
Right in this option we can choose the default system launcher from the list of launchers that we have previously installed.
How to have an application drawer in the launcher of the Huawei P30 Lite
By default, EMUI does not include an app drawer by default in its launcher. Any application that is installed on the system will be added directly to the launcher's Home screen.
