The figures revealed have been surprising due to their small amount, contrasting with the social perception that exists regarding the income received by referents from social networks and video platforms.

None of the content creators who were contacted for this report reached five euros in income when asked how much TikTok pays for their Pulse program. In cases like Azure MacCannell, owner of a profile with more than 713,000 followers, her income in the last five months from TikTok Pulse has remained at 1.70 euros.
