❗ Why can't I enter the Caixabank app?

It's not you, nor your account. The Caixabank application and web service are down. Which means that no one can access your bank details to review accounts, make transfers or any other procedure of this bank. The good thing about this is that it means that no one is robbing you or you have not suffered an attack. The downside is that you won't be able to operate with your accounts or access the service from your mobile until the incident is repaired.
The bug currently has few reports on websites like Downdetector. But more and more users are asking on social networks if the service is down or there is some kind of problem with their Caixabank applications.
