First you will need to update the application. To do this, go to the application store, click on the updates section and check if there is a version of the app available. The location of the update area depends on the Apps store.
- In the Apple Store: Click on the icon of your account, in the upper area. Then click 'Updates' and swipe up to refresh to show all new available versions.
- In Google Play Store: click on the side menu and tap on 'My Apps'. All available updates will appear there. For Android, you can also download the latest TikTok APK from here and install it as an app.
Steps to upload photos on TikTok
When updating the app, the option to upload photos will be added. To do so, click on the '+' button that appears in the center. Next, click on the ‘Upload’ button on the right hand side. From now on two tabs will appear. On the one hand, that of videos, which gives us the possibility of uploading already recorded videos. On the other, that of images. By sliding to this last tab we will have access to the photographs of our reel. Here we can select from one to 35 images. We can also combine images with videos.
Once the images that we want to upload to TikTok have been selected, click on 'Next' Next, the app itself will create a kind of video with images. Depending on the quantity, the transitions will be different. In addition, the application also includes a random sound, which is usually the most viral.However, we can modify the sound, add stickers, effects or texts. We can also record our voice to add it to the clip with our images.
To publish the video we just have to click on 'Next' and select the options. Finally, click on 'Publish'.
