How to configure your notifications and quick actions in the Xiaomi App Vault

Users of a Xiaomi phone have exclusive features that we cannot find in other mobile devices. One of these features is what is known as 'App Vault' or 'Application Vault'. With it, we can have a separate screen in the launcher, sliding our finger to the right, where we will find different shortcuts that can be useful.

To activate the 'Application Vault' we can enter our phone's settings, then 'Home screen' and, finally, we activate the switch of said tool, as we see in the following screenshots.

Then, when we enter the App Vault screen, we have to enter the cog icon. Thanks to this option we can customize the different sections of which the function is made up. These are:

• Shortcuts. A section dedicated to different useful shortcuts such as smart assistant, cleaner, QR scanner, calculator, write an email… We can place the ones we want at the top if we click on 'Edit'. Click on the '-' if we want to remove an access and click on the '+' the one we want to add.

• Advanced tools. From here we can delete the WhatsApp cache, solve phone problems, etc
• A short note. To take unexpected notes and always have them close at hand
• Calendar events. To check upcoming tasks associated with our calendar
• Recommended. Xiaomi recommends applications that may interest you
• Shares. To keep up to date with all the Stock Market shares.

These are all the cards you can have in the 'App Vault' for you to enjoy. Also, you can choose which ones to have and which ones to get rid of in a very simple way. Pressing the gear icon will open a screen. In it you can remove the elements you want by clicking on the '-' button. In this way, you make sure that in the 'Vault' you will only have what really interests you, regardless of the number of elements. You can have just, for example, the notes function.Or all the cards. In the end it's your decision.
