YouTube Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Tidal… and also Apple Music. On Android we have different streaming music services to choose from, but the one with the most downloads in the Google Play Store is Spotify. Even so, Apple Music, one of the main competitors of the streaming service, has put the batteries in its application for Android. Because yes, Apple only has two apps on Android, and one of them is Apple Music. The new update comes with the possibility of applying dark mode, a new interface design and more news.
The main novelty of this new version of Apple Music for Android is the incorporation of dark mode. iOS 13 launches this mode throughout its operating system, and Android 10 Q too. That is why Apple has decided to add an option in its app that turns the entire color palette into darker tones, which are also friendly to OLED and AMOLED panels. The mode is applied through the application settings, in the 'Theme' option. Apart from white or dark, we can also choose a black tone to save battery life in the terminal.
New interface for songs
Another novelty that comes to the application is the possibility of reading the lyrics of the songs with a new interface. This could already be done in the Apple Music app, but it did not have the new design that also arrives in iOS 13. Now it is much easier to follow the lyrics of the songs. This new update is reaching all Android users. If you have the app and are a subscriber to the platform, the new update should be reflected in the Google Play Store . If it does not appear, you will have to wait a few days, or even weeks, to receive the new version. Unlike Spotify, Apple Music only has a payment plan that starts at 10 euros per month.
