All possible thanks to the new WhatsApp Business service.

In Reuters they have tested the service this week, sending a handwritten photo with the shopping list. A person in charge of the company has acted quickly by sending a response with emojis and the costs of the service:
- 49 pesos (€2.24) for delivering the purchase in 90 minutes.
- 39 pesos (€1.78) for delivering the purchase after 90 minutes.

Superama is very important in Mexico
There are 92 Superama stores in Mexico out of the 2,459 that Walmart has in the country. This makes the chain of retailers the most important in the United States present in the country. To date, Superama was already accepting orders through its website, a mobile application and also through Cornershop, a third-party application that sells products from a large number of stores.
Walmart plans to buy Cornershop, which operates in Mexico and Chile, for around 225 million. However, this plan has been blocked by Mexico's regulatory body earlier this month. In Mexico they are convinced that the purchase could not guarantee an equal environment for the other stores that sell through the application.
Once again we see how in some markets there is no law of anything goes. The Mexican agency has protected the purchase of an application by not being able to guarantee competitiveness between businesses. Monopolistic practices are increasing and are impossible to avoid if they are not regulated.
