When you have created the account, go to your iPhone and in Settings look for the App Store option. You will have to log out of your Apple ID and start with this new account that you just created When you have done so, all you have to do is go to the Apple App Store New Zealand (it will be changed by default) and search for the game or install it by clicking here. Click Get and then Install to install the game.
Once this is done you will have the game on your phone, now you can log in again with your usual account and play, the title will not be deleted from your phoneand you can enjoy it in its beta version.
