Vinted is a platform for selling or exchanging clothes with other people. It works like any other ad website, but especially dedicated to clothing, accessories or shoes. Today we will tell you how it works in just a few steps.

How to sign up for Vinted

The first thing you have to do is install the application. You can access this page to get the version for iOS or Android, depending on the operating system you have on your mobile. Then follow these steps:

1. You will have to register. You can do it with your email address or, if you prefer, use your user data on Facebook or Google. Choose the option that interests you the most and continue.

2. Then you will have to choose a username. You type it directly and click on the button Register.

3. Once inside, you will access the section News The first thing you will see will be a series of products for sale. Take a look at everything that appears and if it doesn't match what you like, hit the Customize button, located at the top right of the screen.

4. From this section you can choose Categories (women's clothing, men's clothing, children) and Sizes; Brands (you can search to find the brand you like the most quickly) and Users (you also have the option of following to all those people who interest you).

Start selling and trading clothes

You may have come this far because you want to earn some extra money selling the clothes you don't wearThus, although some of the items that people sell here may interest you, we will tell you how to add products, price them and indicate how you want to ship them.

1. Within the application, click on the More button, located at the bottom of the screen. Clicking here will open the form where you can insert your article.

2. The first thing will be to take photos. Click on the button +Upload photos/video You will also have to add a title (for example, Mango's Red Skirt) and describe the item in detail, indicating if it is on good condition, if it has been used little, if it is a very large size, etc.

3. Then you can select a brand, a category and a state. Logically, you must indicate the price without shipping costs and say if you accept exchanges.

4. Finally, you will need to choose a shipping methodYou have the option of selecting Small (light and small items such as jewelry, t-shirts, accessories...), Medium (for pants, backpacks, sports...), Large (if they are coats or boots). You can also opt for a customizable option or not offer shipping (ideal if you can meet that person to make the sale or exchange).

5. When you have included all the data, click on the button Add.

Other Vinted Options

You should know that on Vinted you can mark articles as favourites, to find them faster at another time. You can also have your own balance in the application (for that you will have to add your cards), check your orders and offer batch discounts. This is useful, for example, if you want to get rid of a collection of T-shirts for a cheaper price.

Also, you have a forum where you can exchange opinions and you can find friends to invite themIf you want to receive notifications to keep up to date with all transactions, you can configure them from the Settings section, so that they appear in the application or in the email.
