How to watch Boing cartoons and series on your Android mobile
Table of contents:
Children and not so children who are reading us, we have a plan to propose to you, and it is to use your mobile for more than just checking Instagram or sending memes through WhatsApp. It is very easy to be able to enjoy the content of the DTT Boing channel directly on our phone thanks, of course, to an application that appeared less than a month ago in the Google Play application store. This is the Boing App, the official application of the Boing channel, belonging to Mediaset and whose main target is children and adolescents... of age and spirit.
What does the Boing App have to offer us?
We are going to tell you what you can find in this Boing App and how you can start watching your favorite cartoons. This application, developed by the Cartoon Network team, is free although it contains ads and its download file size is 20 MB.
Once installed, we proceed to open the application. Since it has so little time to live, it is likely that it will give the occasional error, therefore, if it closes as soon as it is opened, try again. In the applications section there are quite a few people complaining about errors, so you should have a little patience Once the main presentation animation appears, we will accept the one that contains the application and click on accept.
Cartoons… and much more
The first thing we see is the screen is, precisely, what Boing is broadcasting at that moment on its channel. It is to enter and see the channel which will facilitate its management for the little ones. The screen, of course, we can increase it in size. Below this we have all the Boing series in mosaic like Ben 10, Doraemon, Gumball or We are bears. Within each series we will find complete episodes, extras from the series and games related to it.
In the bottom part of the screen we have several icons at our disposal. From left to right we can find:
- Home. It is the home screen that we have explained, with the live broadcast of the channel and the series arranged in mosaic.
- TV Channel. The full screen of the live broadcast of the Boing channel. If we enter this section we will have the complete view of the series that are being broadcast.
- Games Another interesting section for the little ones in the house. When you don't feel like watching a series of drawings, you can enter this screen, where you will find games from the most popular Boing series, simple and easily accessible for children. Almost 40 mini-games with which the little ones can give free rein to their imagination and creativity.
- Series Section where you can see all the series that are currently in the application. Some that are currently broadcast on the channel are missing, such as Summer Camp Island. There are, in total, 24 series to which we can have access. Soon more series will be added to the application.
- Settings Finally, we have the application settings section. By default, the application is configured so that you can only watch live and on-demand episodes while you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you want to use the data here you can modify the parameter. In addition, you can ask the application to notify you if you are using mobile data.
