I usually place several orders every month. I have been shopping online for some time now and I can say from experience that it is not as bad as Amazon or Lightinthebox. Pages in which they charged me and I did not receive anything, or I had problems with customs and they returned the item already paid for and I did not recover one thing or the other. Or where damaged or small things arrived (because you have to order one or two more sizes) and in the end I couldn't get the money invested either and the disappointment and the feeling of stupidity is enormous. But now things are not so bad with Wish.

I ordered on Wish in August about 10 items that never arrived.They changed my dates and still I don't arrive either; I requested a refund and they always answer me that it has already been processed but none of the money appears in my account and the answer is that I contact my financial institution. And I did, but the bank has no idea about a refund, that is, they are ripping me off and swindling me.

Buying on Wish for me has been a bad experience. I placed an order for 16 euros and they have placed a lot of orders. I have received three charges of 136 euros, another of 52 euros and another of 26 euros. Now when I return them I will lose the shipping and return costs of the products.
The first day in the order history, only the one I ordered appeared. In successive days they were appearing more. Is this logical?

The Wish page sucks. I bought about 15 products and none arrived on time and on date. They don't give you a number to talk to someone in charge.
I do not recommend. It is not reliable. I better buy at free market, here the products arrive earlier and you can communicate with the seller.

I have a claim with AliExpress from three months ago and what they tell me is to be patient. They defend the seller.
Wish, is the best next to Ebay. You can always pay with PayPal and you have 6 months to claim and get your money back.

I made several purchases…in June, in July and in the first days of August. And nothing ever came to me! They kept changing the delivery dates... and so I haven't received anything either! I already ordered my replacement…and they still haven't given it to me! The truth is that Wish…is a trap! I will advise myself to start a lawsuit if I do not have my refund for the next few days

I, as a regular Wish shopper, see more advantages on Wish. First, at the time of purchase they tell you the estimated date, from 30 to 40 days, you have to know that they always put more, because if the date passes they will return your money. It does not mean that they cancel the shipment, it continues its course and may come later (one out of every thirty orders may be lost) for that reason they will refund your money.
You may also not like your purchase, as happened to me because I expected another kind of fabric, or the size does not correspond to the one it comes with. It has a lot of options, they give you your money back and they don't make you pay anything back. For me, the mere fact of not making you return the item and with the refund to buy you one more size leaves me very calm.And the other product you can give away. Shipping costs are cheaper than in Spain, between €2 and €4, €6 maximum. Also note that they have a lot of jewelry at ridiculous prices, or even free with €2 of expenses. In addition, with all purchases you accumulate points, as well as putting a comment if you liked the purchase or not, whatever it is, they give you points. If you upload photos or video, when the purchase comes you have from 5, 10 and 15% discount. They also send you codes with a 20% discount.
It seems that I have shares, but I want people, like me, to be able to have things despite the crisis. And the last thing, those of you who have a size grade like me have modern, vintage clothes, swimsuits, etc. without price increase. Conversely, from €7 I bought one with a skirt and shorts underneath that I love.

I have purchased on Wish and have never had any problems. If the shipment does not arrive on the date they establish, they will refund your money and you will keep the product for free when it arrives.Personally, it has happened to me twice and if the product arrives in poor condition they refund your money and they don't even ask you to return the order.

I made some purchases in August and they should have arrived on October 5th. In November I requested a refund, but that week the orders arrived. I don't know how to contact them to cancel the refund. The products arrived late but I still have to pay for them. The application does not allow me to make free comments but is limited to answering selection questions that are already programmed. Please, can someone guide me so that they do NOT refund my money, where should I go?

I do not recommend Wish, the service is lousy. The products take a long time to arrive, they are of poor quality and, of 7 products that I ordered, only 4 arrived.The other 3 products never arrived and I want my refund for those 3, but Wish tells me that the time for the refund has passed. These are passed.

I had and am having the worst experience with this app. In August of this year I placed an order for 17 products, for which I took a long time choosing them. Well, I asked for them, I made the payment... wait and wait and NOTHING. I did not receive any of the happy products. As time passed I decided to make sure and requested the respective refunds of the first 16 products, since I checked my account and there were amounts deposited by Wish. The last product was supposed to arrive no later than October 31 and it DID NOT arrive either. Now, like the other products, I decided to ask for my refund, and they say that my account has been marked for excessive refunds! and that I have to continue buying from them so that it is no longer marked. How am I going to keep buying if it's a SCAM... WHAT SHOULD A CUSTOMER DO IF THEY DON'T RECEIVE ANYTHING?! GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING? and only give the company money that does not correspond to them, because this is a FRAUD!!!!!. In any case, communication should be improved between the transport entities and the postal service, to make sure if the client actually received their product. It is the worst app I have ever used. DON'T USE IT, IT'S A STEAL!!!!!
Conclusions
It is clear that Wish has caught the attention of a good number of users. And it is that getting dresses, costume jewelery, accessories for the mobile phone and many other products for such low prices seems unbelievable. So much so that on occasion it is. We do not know if these are problems with customs, vendors or transport, but most complaints involve delays in shipments or even non-arrivals. Others, for their part, seem to accept the erratic operation of Wish to order the item and get it refunded to get it for free, even if late . Something that seems not always to happen. So, knowing all this, would you buy on Wish?
