For some time now, Instagram has allowed you to post GIFs in your Stories. It's a really fun way to express yourself and add a more artistic touch to your posts. The GIFs in the Instagram stories are added through the option that we find in the menu, next to the stickers of questions, surveys, etc. There is a great variety, but if you don't find them enough you can always choose to add the GIFs that you can find in Gboard, the Google keyboard. We teach you how to add Gboard GIFs to your Instragam Stories.
First you will need to have Gboard installed on your device. This is the Google keyboard, one of the most complete on Android. Fortunately, is available to all users on both Android and iOS and is free to download. Also, your device may already have it included by default. Once installed and configured as the main keyboard, we can proceed to the steps.
Add all the GIFs you want
Go to Instagram, to the Stories section and make a normal publication. Once you have the Story ready, tap the screen and the keyboard will open to write text. If you want to write, you can do it, it doesn't prevent you from wanting to put a GIF later. Now, click on the emoji button in the lower area, right next to the space key.Again, at the bottom you will see the different sections. The important one is the one that says GIF.
Now, search your GIF by categories or enter the words to make it appear. Click on it and you will see that it will automatically appear in the post. Now, you can rotate it, change its size or position. In addition, you can also delete it as if it were any other sticker. Of course, you can add more by following the same steps.
Now, post the story or send it to a friend, they will also be able to view the GIF correctly.
