The update only applies dark mode If you have it installed, you must update from Google Play. Once the update is installed, an option will appear in the menu to activate or deactivate dark mode.
If you turn this on, you'll see how quickly the content adapts to a darker color palette, with a black background and text in white. You can activate or deactivate the theme whenever you want. Of course, it will only appear in that app, and not in the other Google ones.
Why dark mode?
