There is no more news than this new (possible) announcement about WhatsApp Business, although it is most likely that this news will come directly to the Android version of the application , since the corresponding one for iOS operating systems for iPhone has not yet come out.
Businesses that so wish can download the latest version of WhatsApp Business from the Play Store app store on Android. iPhone users will still have to wait to be able to use this business version of WhatsApp.
What is WhatsApp Business?
WhatsApp had in its hands an ideal service for companies to have immediate and close contact with all their customersAnd it could not let it escape, creating its business version WhatsApp Business for this purpose. As we added before, initially, it is an exclusive application for Android clients. It is, in short, a business tool to 'automate, organize and quickly respond to messages' addressed to companies by their clients and vice versa. Some of the features of WhatsApp Business are:
- A comprehensive company profile that displays relevant information such as your address, email address, and business website.
- Statistics so that the user can thoroughly analyze all the messages sent, delivered and read to complete good customer service.
- A complete 'Swiss Army Knife' of messaging tools to be able to respond efficiently to customers.
