How to create loops
First of all, make sure you have Tinder updated to its latest version. Loops are available on both Android and iPhone, so check the Google Play Store or App Store for updates.
Once this is done, enter the application and click on the icon to access your profile. You will quickly see that the design has changed to integrate a new button between Settings and Edit Information. This is Add Media, and it refers directly to loops.
Clicking on this button will open three different sources to choose the original video with which to form the loop. It can be the gallery or reel of our terminal, our Instagram profile or, if we prefer, our Facebook account. Of course, it must be borne in mind that the video must have been previously recorded or published on one of these social networks. That is, it is not possible to record it at that time to create the loop.
Once the video in question has been selected, we go to the editing screen. And the thing is that the format of these loops is so peculiar that it is convenient to touch up some issues to get a good final result. At the bottom of the editing screen we find the video shown by captures to be able to move the frame that forms the loop to that portion of the video that we are interested in portraying in a loop. Swipe to scroll through the entire video and place the loop where it goes. Meanwhile, you can see the final result on the screen, playing over and over again just as it will on your profile once you accept the proposal. Look at the play button in the lower right corner, which changes between one and two triangles depending on the speed at which we want to show this loop.
When we click on the button Next the screen shows us the final result in full size. Just the way you will on your Tinder profile. Pay attention to the lower option of this screen that allows you to anchor this loop as the first content that is displayed when showing your profile to other users of the application.A good way to attract attention from other users who do not dare to use it. If you click on the Done screen, the loop is created and anchored in your profile, as the first option if you choose to do so.
You can create several loops for your profile Access by clicking on your photo and choose a blank space. Then, instead of selecting a photo, choose a video from one of the available sources (your mobile, Instagram or Facebook). Follow the creation process and complete it to upload another loop to the profile.
If you want to delete any of this content you also have to access the collection of photos and loops that you have uploaded to your profile. Click on your photo and, once inside, on the red X of any of these contents. This way you will be able to detail your profile with only the photos and videos (in loop format) that you prefer.
