Why don't I see music
Table of contents:
Don't worry, you're not the only one still waiting for many of the features of Instagram Stories on your mobile and account of this network social. We are all in the same situation before the secrecy of Instagram and the development of its functions between the Android and iOS platforms. Or what is the same: there are those who already have the function to insert music in their stories, while others cannot even ask their followers questions. Because? We are not clear. The fact is that this is so.
We have verified this by managing two or even more accounts from the same phone It doesn't matter if you use the same version of Instagram or a different one . Or that you have the most powerful and updated mobile on the market. Each account has different features, skins, and super zoom effects. Even when we do all this from the same terminal. And there is no technical reason for it that depends on us. The thing remains on the roof of Instagram.
As a private user I have my own account (@david_g_mateo), and I tend to use it on a daily basis quite regularly. In addition, writing about different functions, news and movements of this social network makes me aware of what it incorporates. All the more reason to notice powerful absences And I'm not referring to details like being able to change the camera while recording or answering questions with background photos. These issues have been temporarily limited by coming first to iPhone before Android. However, I had to be patient to see other Android users' music stories, or see how they played with filters and super zoom effects like rock fire or paparazzi. Without me seeing a shadow of them on my mobile. Why don't I have it?
The worst thing is that, when I jumped to my secondary account (@desinfluencer_), I found other different options. The multicolored frame to record stories, new skins and the music available to introduce in everything I share are present here. Why does this happen if I'm doing everything from the same mobile with the same version of Instagram? Here the technicalities and the user have little or nothing to do with it. Also my secondary account has fewer followers and less content. What's the point of giving me more or new options here and not in the main account? That doesn't seem to be the reason
Tests and more tests, and a lot of patience
We have verified how these patterns are repeated in the accounts and mobile phones of friends and colleagues. Not everyone seems to have all the features available. Only on iPhone do they manage to maintain a logical unit. However, in Android, some already have features only seen so far on iPhone, others are still waiting for features like questions (introduced weeks ago already) , and others see their new features eventually come and go. There is no logical order that indicates that the problem is due to being or not a beta user of Instagram, or having more or less RAM on the mobile, or a better or worse Internet connection.
Do not forget that Instagram works to create a good experience for all its users. So most likely the problem is the wide variety of Android terminals available. Something that, sometimes, significantly lengthens the arrival of functions that have been available for some time on iPhone, where there are not so many devices on which to adapt these characteristics.
In other words, the most reasonable thing is that Instagram is still testing, fine-tuning and correcting problems of all these new features of Instagram Stories. And that is what makes them, sometimes, disappear after having had them, or they are reaching some users and not others. This way they can fix bugs that don't affect a large number of users, making sure that, in the long run, we'll all have these fun and cool features in the end.
