The Junta de AndalucĂa has created an application for Android devices called iPASEN and which is used for parents to have a monitoring of their children's education, as their grades, absences, communications and appointments with the tutor to discuss issues about the student, etc.
You can get the application in the Play Store application store, totally free. Its installation file has a weight of 6.23 MB so you can download it without problems both under WiFi connection and mobile data.
