WhatsApp, the most popular messaging service that we can find in the application store continues to add improvements and new features, but it still does not surpass Telegram in terms of functions and extras. Fortunately, it seems that WhatsApp is getting its act together and they will add an interface renewal in their app. Dark mode will soon be available.
This has been confirmed by WABetainfo through its Twitter account. Recent app updates contain references to this mode.At this time No images or other interface details have been seen beyond those references in the internal files. WhatsApp dark mode is expected to be “ friendly” with the OLED screens of iPhones or Android phones. That is to say, that its black tone is pure so that the black pixels in the OLED panels turn off, and, therefore, that the terminal consumes less autonomy. Although most apps opt for a lighter shade.
I'm happy to exclusively give the good news: WhatsApp is finally working on a Dark Mode! It's a dream ?There are many important secret references in recent updates!
Be patient to see it out, hoping it will be FULL OLED friendly for Android phones, iPhone X and newer!

No launch details
We do not know when WhatsApp will implement the dark mode, but it is a function that will require time.As usual in the application, the news will arrive first in the beta version (possibly with many bugs). There is no specific release date, but it could take a long time to appear. We remind you that WhatsApp has been working on the Stickers and they are not yet available on the platform.
Of course, it is not the first app to implement a dark mode. Google is already carrying out a redesign with this tone in some of its applications , like YouTube, Messaging, Google Now and coming soon to the phone app. In addition, in Android Pie there is an option that allows us to select a dark interface, regardless of the wallpaper that we have configured.
We will remain attentive to the news of the WhatsApp App and its new design.
