Google Play notifies you in which app the series you are looking for is
It seems that entering Google to see the availability of a series or movie on Netflix, HBO or Prime video is a thing of the past. The Google applications app has added an option for all those who are looking for the platform where they broadcast that popular series or movie. If you enter Google Play and put the title, the service application will appear with a small message below.
This message will tell you that the series you have searched for is available in that app.For example, if you put Mr Robot, the Prime video application will appear showing a small message where it will say "Mr Robot (series) is available for streaming". I have been able to test this function in the Play Store and it seems that, at the moment, it only detects series that are on Amazon Prime video. Although it is likely that it will be supported later with other platforms.
If we click on the message, the screen will open with the information of the app and the download button. It does not lead directly to the series if we have the application installed, but it is certainly something very, very interesting. You can try this feature by searching for series or movie titles. Since it only works on Prime Video at the moment, it's a good way to check if the content you want to watch is on that platform.Even so, if we search for Game of Thrones, several applications appear, including HBO. Although the message does not appear in this app, presumably we can see the series in that app.
Google Play is the Android app store. You may only use this app to download and install apps or search for games, but it actually offers many, many more features, like the ability to sign up for the beta program to test features, download movies, books or even subscribe to applications. Now, the option to check the series. We hope it will be compatible with the other platforms.
