This is how the new feature to forward WhatsApp messages works
Table of contents:
WhatsApp continues to be updated with new functions, some more interesting than others but all of them always useful. The last one of which we are aware, and which belongs, like many others, to the beta version of the application, is a new feature in relation to forwarded messages. That is to say, someone sends you, to your chat, a message, be it an audio or a photo, or a video, and you decide, in turn, to forward that same message to another contact or to a group of contacts.
We are not going to go into the reasons why you should forward a private message that comes to your chat, but what is new in this configuration. Before, when we forwarded a message, the new recipient of the same took it as an original message, as if that message had come from you, without intermediaries. Well, now, every time we forward a message (regardless of the format) to another group or contact, it will be accompanied by the message 'Forwarded'

However, the person receiving the message will not know who sent it to you in the first place. You will simply know that it is a forwarded message. The message appears automatically, once you forward the message. And to forward the message, all you have to do is hold down the message for a few moments until it is highlighted with a semi-transparent blue background and a series of icons appear at the top of the screen. There are two ways to forward the message:
- Clicking on the classic share icon to then choose 'WhatsApp'
- Or, more quickly, by pressing the arrow to the right icon and then choosing the contact you want forward the message.
