Google Calendar now allows you to send alerts with appointment changes

Those of us who are somewhat clueless need tools that keep us up to date with all pending tasks. And not only that, but when our best friend's birthday is, when the movie we're most looking forward to this year opens, what time is the concert of our favorite artist or, of course, when was our anniversary day. Google Calendar is one of the tools we use the most. It is easy to use, although it has a multitude of functions, and it synchronizes very well between devices when connected to our Gmail account.Although it is far from perfect.
Alert participants to an event on Google Calendar
One of the drawbacks of Google Calendar was its inability to notify us of an appointment change for an event that has already been scheduled. For example, imagine that you schedule a meeting with your project colleagues and, for whatever reason, you must change the time or date Well now you have the possibility that the Calendar notifies all the participants of that event of the change of time, date or place of celebration.
This way, when you edit an event in the future, a text box will appear in which you can include a message for the participants of said event. It will look like this, as shown by Google itself on its official blog.
Once you have sent the message, the guests of the event will see the message through an email So they can know the reason for any changes that have been made to it. Previously, if an event was rescheduled or canceled by the user, the event guests were unaware of the reasons. To inform the participants, the user had to send a personalized email to all meeting participants. But it is already part of the past. To avoid this, Google comes to the user's aid and asks if they want to alert the participants.
This feature should already be available to all Google Calendar users.
