This is what changes in the design of the Neflix app
Table of contents:
The Netflix app has been receiving a lot of news lately. We recently saw how its interface was redesigned with a new navigation bar and a coming soon button, where we could see the premieres and the trailer of the series, movie or documentary. In addition, the app made room for a type of Stories called previews, where we could see a few seconds of a new series and slide to see other small previews, as if they were Instagram stories. But now it's time for a redesign of the video playerThat's right, this one gets new buttons and a much more intuitive interface.
The main change we see on the playback screen are the three new buttons in the lower area They will only appear if we press the screen while we are watching the series or movie. We have the button for more episodes, which was previously at the top of the screen. There we can browse the episodes and seasons to see information or go to the other chapter. The Audio and Sub titles button were also at the top, it joins this new bar, and it will allow us to change the audio language or activate and deactivate the sub titles. Finally, a next episode button is added. This allows us to go to the next chapter without leaving the interface.
Go back or forward 10 seconds or more
In the playerr the possibility of going back or forward 10 seconds has also been added. Option that we could already use on Netflix for TV and computer. Also, if we press twice in a row, it will double forward. The last novelty that we see is that the pause and Play button has been moved right to the center of the screen. Previously it was located in a corner.
This new feature will gradually reach all users of the Netflix app for Android. Check if you have the update available in the Google app store. You can also download the latest APK available from here.
