- Choose the order that was not delivered within the indicated period

- After doing this, Joom support will receive your refund request and process it within 24 hours
It should be noted that these conditions apply to orders placed after March 16 of this year. For previous orders, the 75-day non-delivery guarantee must be applied. This guarantee ends 90 days after the purchase This means that if you request it after that time, Joom will not refund your money and you will not have the possibility to claim nothing.
