How to activate Joom order notifications

If you want to activate Joom order notifications, you only have to enter your profile from the mobile app. Within this you will see a series of options: My orders, My addresses, Currencies or notifications. Enter the latter and click on the gear-shaped wheel that appears in the upper right part. You can activate notifications for offers and promotions, to receive purchase coupons or to know the delivery status.
If you activate the notifications to know the delivery status, Joom will inform you of all the status changes regarding your order. Thus, when it arrives at a new shipping point, or has left China, you will see notifications on the screen of your device with the new information. In this way, you will learn about the entire process from your departure to your arrival in Spain. The process is the same on both iOS and Android devices.
Please note that you may receive notifications about Joom products periodically. In the Android app it is activated by default that they are sent daily. If you do not want Joom to be bothering you continuously, it is best that in this same notifications section select "Never" in the "Discounts and offers" option. If, on the other hand, you have an iPhone or an iPad and you want to receive notifications, you have checked that it be daily and you don't receive anything, it is possible that you have disabled Joom notifications in the device settings.
Enter Settings, Notifications and search among all your installed apps for Joom. Activate “Allow notifications” to receive them whenever you want. Either daily in “Best of the day”, or weekly in “Best of the week”. Here you can also activate notifications for sounds, icon balloons or warnings. You can receive them, even when the screen is locked, they can be displayed in the history, or as strips permanently or temporarily. You can also view previews always, with the device unlocked, or never.
In case you don't remember, Joom gives you a period of 75 days to claim your order. In the event that you have not received it after that time, you can request a refund to return the full money you paid for your purchase.
