When is the order shipped?

Products together or separately?
When you are shopping on Joom, it is normal that you select products from different sellers.This means that you will not receive all shipments at once. Normally they arrive on different days. Even if you request products from the same seller, they can send them at different times. This is because the items may be in different warehouses, located in different parts from the country. Also, one of the products may be in stock, so it is shipped immediately. But the other one may not be ready yet, so it would be sent later. In any case, keep in mind that orders shipped in the same package will have the same tracking code.
Where is my order?

Mark product as delivered by mistake

And if my order doesn't arrive…

Then Joom Support will receive your refund request and process it within one day. The refund will be returned to the account from which you paid for the purchase within 14 days after the order changed its status to "Refunded".
Of course, keep in mind that Joom may refuse the refund if more than 90 days have elapsed from the day of purchase and the warranty period has already expired.
