This is the new Google Play Store notification menu
Table of contents:
Attention, we have news about a new feature that is about to land on the Google Play Store. The Google app store may have a new feature soon.
Some users have noticed that just below the My apps & games space in the Google Play Store there is a new section. This is a space entirely dedicated to notifications.
Baptized simply as 'Notifications', it would serve users to receive messages warning them about news related to applications and games you already have installed on your device.
Alerts and notifications in the Google Play Store
All you have to do to take a look at notifications is go to that section. You will see all kinds of alerts – when they occur – about the features of the applications you have installed, news that arrive with updates or things you should know about the games the ones you're hooked on.
These notifications, yes, can be configured easily through the Configuration section In this way, the user will have the opportunity to choose if you want to receive news about pending updates and offers or promotions that each game decides to launch.
At the moment, not all users are in a position to enjoy this section. It seems that what Google is doing right now is to carry out different tests with a small sample of Android users. It is expected, however, that once the tests are finished, the new notifications menu will reach all Android devices.
If you are usually up to date with all the news that your apps bring or if, on the contrary, you don't care in the slightest, this section may be an invention little fruitful for you. All you have to do is go to settings to turn off notifications. It is not going to be that this now becomes a new annoyance for users.
