If you look closely, the name of the app is quite curious: it is formed by combining the words 'Sheep' and 'Sleep' which mean in Spanish, respectively, 'Oveja' and 'Sleep'. Based on recent scientific studies about sleep habits, Shleep wants to become your personal sleep coach. The app will teach you how to change bad habits that influence your sleep. And your coach will be, of course, a nice sheep.

The sheep will ask you for personal information about your daily habits. Depending on the answers you give (for example, the sheep asks you how many times it is hard for you to fall asleep, or if you use your mobile phone in your room) our sheep coach will develop a personalized plan for you to start change your habits and start resting properly. The only bad thing about the application is that it is not available in Spanish, but that way you also have an excuse to put your English into practice.

With this application, you set the goal you want to achieve: it could be feeling more energetic, concentrating more on your work, losing weight and, of course, sleeping better, which is what interests us here.

Then, according to its calculations, it informs you that you should get up, for example, at 0:44 if you want to sleep only a little, or at 6:44 if you want to rest up to 5 sleep cycles.The app calculates that it will take you to fall asleep a quarter of an hour, but this you can modify in the settings, in addition to acquiring the version without which costs 80 cents.

From the hand of the developer Relaxio we find a peculiar application that can help you fall asleep earlier and better. With ‘White Noise’ we have at our disposal a series of environmental sounds that can even help you with your productivity. Interference noise, cafeteria environment, fire crackling, rain, sea... In addition, these noises can mix with each other: for example, if you want to pretend to be in a cafeteria while it's raining outside.
You can choose from among all the sounds which ones you want as favorites in order to have them more at hand. This application is free although with ads inside. And its installation file has a weight of 12 MB so you can download it whenever you want without your data suffering too much.
Night Filter
The light from our mobile screen can confuse our brain and make it think that we are not ready to go to sleep. That is why it is convenient to use an app to place a filter and dim said light. Although the best thing you can do, directly, is to avoid using your mobile in bed.We can also tell the application to activate the filter automatically at a certain time.
