How to post holograms on Instagram Stories

There is an application in the Google store with which we can take advantage of the virtues of augmented reality. Perhaps not as polished as we would like, but the result is quite striking and practical and you can share the result in both WhatsApp states and Instagram Stories. The application is called Holo and you can find it for free in the Android Play Store.

To download the application and upload holograms to your videos, just enter this link. The application, as we said, is completely free. Once open, we proceed to take a look at its interface:

Holo is a very simple application. When you open it, it looks like a camera application, so we will proceed to aim at our target. Although before, of course, we have to place our virtual being. It can be a dog, a somewhat grumpy cupid, a nice llama, a modern mermaid or a funny raccoon, among others. The possible characters available can be seen in the '+' option. Pressing will send us to the holo store where we can download a wide variety, all of them for free.

We can find them in three different categories:

• First of all, we have 'My Holos', where we will see the holograms that we have already downloaded.
• In 'Featured',the application selects some of the best holograms that we can currently download.
• Next, in 'Characters' we have fun characters like the llama, UFC champion Anderson Silva, Bollywood dancers, etc.
• With 'Popular' we can find the holograms most downloaded by the users of the application.
• Now we have response holograms: for example to agree with someone, or to say 'No'.
• Finally, we have a section with holograms of animals, for lovers of the wildest nature.

You just have to choose the hologram that you like the most and download it. Then you will have it at the bottom of the camera. Select it and search for it with the camera. When you have it pointed, you can take it with your fingers and place it where you want.You can make it rotate on itself, by selecting the wheel you see under the hologram. This move is a bit tricky to pull off. If you don't get it right the first time, keep trying and be patient. On the lower screen, we can activate or deactivate the video speaker, pause the recording or make the hologram appear wherever we are pointing.

We are going to tell you about the adjustments you can make in this application of holograms and augmented reality. To access the configuration of the application, click on the icon of four squares that we see in the upper left. On this screen, we will connect to the app and, on the gear icon:

We can adjust the color so that the hologram blends better with the image and allocate a maximum space to store the holograms on our mobile. This space can range from 500M, 1GB and 2GB to unlimited space.

Once you have the video completed, we will upload it to Instagram Stories. We open the Instagram application and choose the camera icon that we see at the top left. On the next screen, at the bottom, select the video from the reel and click on 'Upload' Then, all you have to do is wait for the reaction of your contacts on Instagram. Give it all the imagination you can because the results can be really appreciable.
