Control Expenses
An application whose name is revealing. With Control Expenses you will know, at all times, where your money for the month has gone. The best thing about Control Expenses is its colorful and tremendously intuitive design. When opening it, we will have to configure which day of the week we want as the beginning of it and the format of the figures (with comma or point for thousands).Once configured, we find the initial screen.
The Control Expenses initial screen is made up of three distinct parts. On the one hand, we have the accounting balance for the month, divided into income and expenses, in addition to the current balance. At the bottom we have a monthly calendar view: by clicking on the days we can see what expenses we have had. At the top we have three tabs: income, balance and expenses. If we click, for example, on income, we have an icon with the '+' sign on which we can point our payroll or invoices in favor. In 'Expenses', obviously, the expenses we have had that day.
In the gear icon we can adjust the different categories of expenses (car, bills, clothing, shopping, entertainment), categories of income, in addition to setting reminders, choosing the currency we use, etc.
My Finances
A very useful application to control expenses and keep household accounts. When opening it for the first time, we have to give our savings account a name, as well as choose the currency in which we move. We can, on this screen, create an additional account for credit card expenses. A blank screen welcomes us, with the '+' sign in green. Simply, we have to press it, enter a certain amount and, later, determine if it is an expense or income and select a category (the categories, each one of them with subcategories, already appear predetermined and you can order them alphabetically, in addition to setting the ones you want as favorites). In addition, on this same screen we will add the date of the expense or income, we will be able to insert notes, etc.
In the main screen you have, in addition to the transactions screen, another one to review previous accounting, a summary of finances and details of transactions, balances, expenses in categories, etc.A very simple way to have a global vision of your accounting over time.
Daily Expenses 2
If you think that second parts were never good, it's because you don't know Daily Expenses 2. This application is, again, free, although like the previous ones you will have to put up with a small . On the main screen, you'll see a series of squares that make up the app's menu. On the one hand, you can add income, expenses and consult the list of movements. On the other hand, consult the accounting reports by date, the frequent registrations and the app options. Right at the bottom of the app, you will have at a glance the information of income, expenses and current balance.
Pressing on the different sections of the application will take us to a later screen in which we will place the category of income or expense, the amount as well as a description of the accounting entry. In these screens we can edit the categoriess, add some of our own or eliminate the ones that the app suggests.
Quick Budget – Expense Manager
Let's go with the fourth home accounting application. A novelty of the app with respect to the previous ones is that, when we open it for the first time, we can tell it that it reminds us to add a transaction at a certain time. By default, 9:00 p.m. appears, which is a time when we usually rest and take stock of the day, but we can set it whenever we want. The initial screen is ‘General View’. As its name indicates, we have a summary of the month, the different accounts that we manage, the expenses of the last week, budgets that you have designed and the different transactions that have taken place. This last option is where we will write down the different income and expenses of the day.
In the hamburger menu we have sections for expenses, income, accounts, credit cards, etc. We also have direct access to the purchase of the Pro version, without ads, with unlimited accounts and more advantages for a single payment of 5 euros.
My Budget
The last application that we suggest you try to save and make ends meet. The main screen offers a template with all the possible options, among which we find the different accounts, income and expenses, transfers and default templates that we create to make our work easier. To enter an expense or income, we simply have to click on the '+' sign and choose the corresponding category. We can create the ones we want, although the app suggests some of our own creation. In each note, we can also add photos from our mobile or one that we take at that moment.
