Google Play now allows you to test applications without installing them
Table of contents:
As always, Google continues to think about how to improve our productivity and make its operating system much more intuitive. Either with a more minimalist and simple design, or by adding some necessary adjustments, especially for new users. At Google I/O, a developer event that Google hosts every year, the Mountain View company presented a new way to test applications without having to install them. It's called Instant Apps, and it's already reaching all Google Play users.
Surely you have wanted to try an application on Google Play, but you have not wanted to install it on your device, or you have installed it, and then it has been forgotten, in your application drawer. Google has created a simple and practical solution called Instant Apps, or Instant Applications. This feature nallows us to open applications without having to install them on our device In this way, we won't have the need to install or buy an application without trying it first. The test apps feature has some restrictions. It is a kind of test app, where we can see what the application offers and navigate a little on it. It is not the same experience that we have when downloading an application, but it will help us to choose whether to download it or not.
Little by little Instant Apps reaches users of the Google Play Store
For now, there are few applications that we can test before downloading. More applications will join the list later On the other hand, we should mention that this option is gradually reaching users. So it may take a while to be available on your device. When available, a category called ”˜”™Try these apps”™”™ will appear in the Google Play Store with a list of applications that you can try. Also, if we enter the application, for example, BuzzFeed, we will see the install button, and to its left, the button that allows us to test the application. We hope that it will not take long to reach all users, as it is a very interesting option, especially for paid applications.
