What does Cabify Access consist of?
Cabify Access works like any of the services of the private transport company The user must access the application and specify their location. Then select Cabify Access in the main menu and see the options that are available in the area. Once you have selected one, you must enter the destination and wait to be picked up.
Then a vehicle adapted for people with reduced mobility will come. It has an access ramp at the rear. Inside, the user will be able to choose whether to occupy one of the seats in the third row, which rotate so that they can sit on them, or if they remain in the wheelchairIn the latter case, a strap system will fix it to the car and keep it safe at all times.
In order to offer this service, Cabify has professional drivers with special training in the Federation of Associations with Physical and Organic Disabilities of Madrid (FAMMA).And, in addition, with a whole fleet of vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The rates of this new service are the same as those of Cabify Lite From 1.65 euros per kilometer up to 20 km, 1.10 euros per kilometer for journeys between 20 and 80 km, and 1.05 euros per kilometer for longer journeys. They also charge 0.45 euros per minute of waiting, although the first 5 are free.
The minimum rate is 6 euros for the center and 12 euros for the suburbs if requested immediately. If a reservation is made, the minimum amount is 10 euros for the center and 15 for the suburbs.
