Twitter will allow you to post more than one tweet at a time
Table of contents:
If Twitter has always been characterized by something, it is by limiting the characters in its posts. On Facebook we can write, if we want, something similar to a short story. Giant texts that bring the social network closer to the ways of a personal blog. Twitter, however, limits these characters to 140. And if we want to say more, we have to split it into multiple posts. The most experienced know how to create these threads with multiple tweets (nothing easier than replying to yourself). And now, if you don't know, you will also be able to create them.
Now you can create tweet chains on Twitter
As we read in TechCrunch, Twitter is preparing an option for everyone with which to create what is known as 'Tweetstorm'. This is nothing more than a series of chained tweets (by way of 'responses') with which to spin a story. Imagine, for example, the viral story of Manuel Bartual's cursed vacations.
In this screenshot, we can see what this new function would look like. As we can see, one tweet after another, and a button where we can see 'Tweet all'. At the end of each tweet is its numbering so as not to get lost in the story. Wouldn't it be better to open a personal blog to tell longer stories? Or is this a different way of counting them, using pills that 'hook' the reader?
This new functionality is still to come and is in the testing phase Therefore, it is still early to know when this function will arrive to our computers and mobiles or even if it will be effective. We do not know either what its acceptance will be, if it were to come to fruition. Do you think this new feature distorts what Twitter is (or should be)?
