This is all you can do after the last update of Pokémon GO
Table of contents:
Pokemon GO continues in its efforts to recover the glory it once had. A year after its release, it continues to be updated. Who knows if, after the new improvements, the augmented reality game will be able to be reborn like a phoenix from the (relative) ashes in which it finds itself. If Pokémon GO began causing hysteria and convincing more than 100 million people, currently there are 60 million. Nothing negligible, but far from those incredible figures.
News in Pokémon GO
For Android, this update is 0.69.0 and for iOS, 1.39.0. Among the main novelties of the Pokémon GO update we find:
- Icons on the game information screen will tell you how the Pokémon was caught.
- When a Pokémon Trainer finishes a raid inside a gym they can spin the Photo Disc.
- Trainers can send berries to Pokémon in a gym, even if it's not near their area.
- You can also send Berries to Pokémon in your gym if their Motivation gauge is full.
- With the new update it will be much easier to find a Pokémon within the collection.
- Fixed a recent issue where Trainers were unable to complete a raid started before the timer expired on the map screen .
- Another issue fixed: Pokémon were not returned to their trainer after they had defended the gym. Now will come back smoothly after the new update.
- Other errors have been fixed, without explicitly specifying what they are.
We don't know if these new features will re-engage old players or convince new ones. The phenomenon that Pokémon GO entailed at a social level, which even generated debates about its usefulness for society, is unlikely to happen again. Who knows if, today, in an office full of engineers, the new Pokémon GO is not being developedWe will be very attentive, betting while what type of game will be the one that takes the glory. Even if it only lasts a year.
