In Supercell they are opening. If a few weeks ago we knew about the big update for Clash of Clans, now they do something similar with Clash Royale. Maybe not on such a large scale, but with really interesting news. New combat modes, new cards and many improvements. Here we review the Clash Royale update, which is now available on Google Play and the App Store for free.
2 against 2
Apparently Supercell has discovered a great pull in the 2 vs 2 combat that it raises every fortnight.Such must be the influx that they have decided to celebrate the summer by applying this combat format to new challenges and all kinds of modes. Fighting shoulder to shoulder in Clash Royale is no longer something testimonial.
From now on there will be 2v2 (2 vs 2) modes in friendly battles within each clan. Something really useful to practice or have a good time. There will also be this mode of combat in pairs in the battles of choice. And finally, you will be able to face challenges in 2v2 battles.
Just update the game and start it to find the new 2v2 button. From it it is possible to launch this type of combat. To find participants it is possible to publish an announcement in the clan or, if you do not have one, invite friends who also play. Clash Royale is in charge of finding companions and opponents comparable to the player's level. In this way the battles are as even as possible. Although it is something that is not as tight as in special events, where tournament rules apply.
Another very interesting point is that you can collect chests when you participate in this type of two-on-two battles. So games with friends will rent to get a better selection of cards from the chest of the event on turn.
New challenges
From now on there will be three completely new types of challenges. Namely: sudden death challenges, augment challenges, and triple elixir challenges. Challenges that will add some spice to the tests that were already up to now.
In addition, from the Clash Royale blog they invite us to be attentive to the golden message that will appear in the tournaments tab.
New letters
New cards are also coming to the Clash Royale deck. Characters and elements well recognizable by those who have already enjoyed Clash of Clans.
- Mega Knight (legendary card)
- Wheeled Cannon (Epic Card)
- The Flying Machine (special letter)
- The Skeleton Barrel (common card)
Of course, they don't all come at once. As usual, Supercell will introduce them every 15 days and through a special challenge in his honor. So we will have to be vigilant in the coming days.
More Balance Adjustments
Along with recent tweaks, this Clash Royale update includes some changes. They focus on keeping the gameplay and the universe of Clash Royale even. One of the changes affects Giant Chests, which have fewer common cards and less gold, but more special cards. On the other hand, Magical and Super Magical Chests do grant more gold to the player.
This is all we can find in the latest Clash Royale update. And it is not little. However, new adjustments may be coming soon to try to balance 2v2 battles After all, not applying tournament rules can build all kinds of problems around these new modes. We will be attentive to any news.
Update
There is another novelty within the Clash Royale update. There are now a total of five war decks to design and define. A whole comfort to have different decks or decks and alternate between one or the other without wasting time. No need to create it from scratch.
