Download totally free Sygic travel from its link in the Google store. Once installed, we open it and this is what we find. If you want to organize a trip, keep reading.

The main screen of Sygic travel corresponds to the trips we have saved. Obviously, right now you will find it empty and, until you add a trip, it will remain that way. To create our first trip, all we have to do is click on the '+' icon that appears right at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have entered the 'New trip' section, we must find our destination Although you are one of those who leave everything behind for the last minute and you're already in it, simply activate geolocation and create the trip in your current location.We have done the test and it has located us instantly, so you shouldn't have any problems. If you see that something is wrong, try some of the apps to optimize your GPS.

Imagine that we have already created our first destination. Now, we must enter the date of arrival and return to our city. Then, and this is optional, we can indicate the place of arrival and accommodation. Once we have placed all the information, just we must click on the button 'Create a new trip'.

All sections of Sygic travel, step by step

On the next screen we can see everything we need to organize a trip. We see different sections: some are free and others are pay.

• We have, first of all, a detailed map of the city, with emblematic sites highlighted in a bubble shape.This map can only be used with the Internet. To activate the offline mode we must make a payment of 10 euros, or 7 if we only want the map of our trip.
• In 'Places' we see a list of all the emblematic places that we cannot miss on our trip. We can do a specific search in the magnifying glass or order them by dozens of categories such as 'Nightlife', 'Shopping' or 'Transportation'.

• In 'Tours and activities' you will have a complete list of companies dedicated to organizing outings and excursions around the city.
• Hotels: As its name indicates, it lists a large number of hotels, taking into account the classification they have in the app Booking.
• Car rental.
• Whaether forecast.

• City Guide: premium area where you can download offline maps and search and orientation guides.
• Hop-on Hop-Off: buy tickets for the tourist bus.
• Metro Map: Complete map of the city's subway.

A trick to avoid having to pay for offline maps: download them for free from Google Maps and alternate them with the use of Sygic travel, an application to organize a very complete trip.
