These are the new buttons and functions of Facebook Messenger
Table of contents:
Today we woke up with news in the instant messaging application of Facebook Messenger. The entire lower strip of the chat windows have been remodeled to adapt to the new button panel: share games, location, create polls in your groups and organize plans, too, in said groups.
New design, new life: Messenger is updated
When opening a chat window, if you are a Facebook user only, we will have at our disposal three buttons
Location: exactly the same as the new Google Maps option. If you want to share your location in real time with a Facebook friend, you just have to activate this setting. For example, if you have met someone in an area but without a fixed area. Or if, for reasons of force majeure, you must change the place of the appointment at the last minute.
Plans: Do you want to organize something with a friend or group? plan an event, directly, from the chat window. Assign a time and a name to the plan. The entire party, or your friend, will receive a notification an hour before the event you've created takes place. This really comes in handy when organizing birthday parties and large gatherings.
Games: Start a game with one of the many minigames that Facebook Messenger offers you.
There is a special button only for group chats: surveys. With surveys you can make any question available to your entire group of friends important, such as what is the next trip you could take, what joint gift you will make to that friend of yours or any other topic that occurs to you.
At the moment, nothing is known about the button that allows you to send payments through the Messenger app. To make use of this function, we must associate our card with the Facebook account and add a security pin. As soon as this payment is enabled, next to the rest of the buttons the one corresponding to 'Payments' will appear. Once the members of the group with whom you want to carry out the procedure have been selected, you must indicate the total payment to be shared and the app will calculate it itself.
