Sleep Time or «Sleep Cycle» is a very useful application that can help you sleep better. The software analyzes rest time and allows you to set smart alarms.
In addition, Sleep Cycle analyzes factors such as light and deep sleep cycles and the time it takes to wake the body slowly and without stress.

This is how the Sleep Cycle app works to sleep better
The first thing you have to do is download the app for your smartphone. Sleep Cycle is available for iOS in the Apple App Store, and for Android in the Google Play store.
Once you open Sleep Cycle, you'll see a clock that allows you to easily calculate how many hours you want to sleep. Move the Set button across the dial to increase or decrease the number of sleep hours and set the alarm time.
The most interesting thing about the app is the possibility to customize the alarm and the transition period from asleep to awake. Click on the settings wheel in the upper left corner and the options box will open.
In this settings menu you can configure several parameters:
- Wake up phase: time you want to elapse from when the alarm starts to sound until you get up. It can be 0, 10, 20 or 30 minutes.
- Ringtone: in this section you can choose the alarm tone that you want to wake you up.
- Vibrate: Activate or deactivate the alarm vibration.
- Ringer: Move your finger along the bar to increase or decrease the volume of the alarm tone.
- Snooze: select if you want to delay the alarm or not, and if it will be automatic or manual.
When you have configured the settings, you can go back to the clock screen, tap the Play button and go to sleep. The app will ask you to leave your phone face down, on the bed, preferably connected and charging.
Sleep Cycle works best with the screen facing down and if you leave the phone on the bedIf you want, you can set up some nice music to listen to before bedtime or when the alarm goes off. Just tap Choose Soundscape on the screen.
The history of your hours of sleep on the different days will be automatically saved in the application, in the Statistics tab.
