Google has just launched the Uptime mobile app, to watch YouTube videos with your friends. Any user who registers can join in real time the contents that their contacts are viewing at that moment.

The most interesting thing about the application is that it creates a kind of "private session" in which you can find out data that is only available to your friends. We will be able to know, for example, at what moment of the video are the contacts, and chat with them in real time.

In a way, Uptime works like a private cinema or WhatsApp group conversation. With this system, it's easier to watch and comment on a video with friends and respond to everyone's reactions.
